Training - Fire Safety / Fire Watch

OSHA requires that any workers who may be called upon to use a portable fire extinguisher receive training on an extinguisher. This four hour course is required for personnel with potential exposure to flammable materials. Course discussion will focus on fire prevention and early detection. All students will receive hands-on demonstration and use a portable fire extinguisher to extinguish an incipient stage fire in compliance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.157, API RP 14G & API RP 75 [SEMP].
