Vanover and Associates, Inc. is a safety training facility that specializes in OSHA compliance and regulatory training for the production, construction, and environmental industries.

Established in 1989, our goal is to work diligently to help our clients obtain an accident free work environment through job planning, hazard awareness, & individual behavioral concepts which are necessary to improve the safety culture in the workplace. We offer the advantages of qualified & professional instructors with over 40 years in the industry & who are dedicated to the task and genuine care for the safety of its clients.

Having the approach places our clients in a unique position in the marketplace to benefit from a formal training program, which gives our clients the competitive edge through preparation.

Vanover and Associates, Inc. also offers client assistance in a wide range of services which may be tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. This includes: Consultant, Policy & Procedure Development, Safety Audits, Safety Meetings, Procurement Services and Drug, Alcohol and Audio Grams testing.

Vanover and Associates, Inc. is approved by the Louisiana Workforce Commission as a Primary Provider for the Incumbent Worker Training Program and the Small Business Employee Training Program.

Vanover and Associates, Inc. works with other companies to offer the sale of Safety commodities such as Respirators, Fall Protection, Breathing Air, Personal Protective Equipment, Air Monitors and NORM Meters.
